EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN & CEO

James Kellett

Appointed non-Executive Director on 26 August 2010, Chief Executive Officer on 3 December 2010 and Executive Chairman October 2015.

James has over 30 years’ experience in global corporate finance and business management and has held senior executive positions in the finance and communications industries, including ASX listed companies. James has been the driving force in establishing KNeoWorld in the game-based education sector in the US and other global markets.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

FRANKLIN LIEBERMAN

Franklin has over 45 years’ experience in media with multi-national companies including Warner Bros., NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS as well as running the Miracle Factory, a strategic marketing company with clients that included AT&T, IBM, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Coca Cola and Universal Pictures. He has worked with the United Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of Teachers and was instrumental in developing the educational initiatives for KNeoWorld Inc.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

JEFFREY BENNETT

Jeff (B Comm CPA) brings significant experience in corporate finance, capital markets, acquisitions and divestments and risk management to the Company. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the resources, transport, IT and service industries having held senior finance positions at Ingena, Simcoco Pacific, BHP and Shell. Mr. Bennett is the chairman of Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL).

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

DAMIAN O’SULLIVAN

Damian (BA, DIP.ED) brings decades of experience in design, development and strategic growth of digital assets in education technology. He has been responsible for major products and applications for the Australian Council of Educational Research, Catholic Education Office, Hong Kong Education Department and State and Federal Governments which embraced 100s of training organisations and over 100,000 student enrolments. Damian has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, Brazil and Japan adding to his international experience.

COMPANY SECRETARY

Chris fernandes

Chris is an employee of Boardroom Pty Limited (the Company’s corporate secretarial and share registry provider). Chris is an experienced Company Secretary with over nine years of experience in company secretarial and governance management of multiple entity structures, including ASX-listed entities, unlisted public/proprietary companies and SPVs across a range of industry sectors.

Chis holds a BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services awarded by the University of Plymouth (UK).

CHAIRMAN, KNEOWORLD UK LTD

LORD ANTHONY ST JOHN

Lord St John of Bletso is Chairman of wholly owned UK subsidiary. Based in London, he is a Crossbench/Independent Member of the House of Lords. He was brought up in South Africa, where he qualified as a solicitor before completing his Masters in Shipping Law at London University. He worked for 15 years in London with Merrill Lynch before becoming Managing director of Globix Europe, the 3rd largest data centre business at the time. He was on the Advisory Board of Silicon Valley Bank for 4 years and is currently Chairman of Strand Hanson and Integrated Diagnostic Holdings plc and serves on the board of several public and private companies. He has recently become a member of the House of Lords Ad Hoc Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence. His specialist interests are education, cyber security, financial services and life sciences. Since 1998 he has served as Extra Lord in Waiting to HM The Queen.
