Franklin has over 45 years’ experience in media with multi-national companies including Warner Bros., NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS as well as running the Miracle Factory, a strategic marketing company with clients that included AT&T, IBM, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Coca Cola and Universal Pictures. He has worked with the United Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of Teachers and was instrumental in developing the educational initiatives for KNeoWorld Inc.

Mr. Bennett is the chairman of Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL).

Damian (BA, DIP.ED) brings decades of experience in design, development and strategic growth of digital assets in education technology. He has been responsible for major products and applications for the Australian Council of Educational Research, Catholic Education Office, Hong Kong Education Department and State and Federal Governments which embraced 100s of training organisations and over 100,000 student enrolments. Damian has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, Brazil and Japan adding to his international experience.

Isabelita personally leads KneoMedia’s joint venture company in the Philippines. She is also President of the Vizcaya Bank, Philippines and previously held senior treasury positions at City University of New York, the third largest university system in the United States, where she was instrumental in developing financial scholarship and other programs that benefitted the institution’s diverse student body, which now exceeds 600,000. Isabelita is a resident of the Philippines and now leverages her US educational experience and many local senior contacts to bring KneoWorld to the rapidly developing education sector.

Lord St John of Bletso is Chairman of wholly owned UK subsidiary. Based in London, he is a Crossbench/Independent Member of the House of Lords. He was brought up in South Africa, where he qualified as a solicitor before completing his Masters in Shipping Law at London University. He worked for 15 years in London with Merrill Lynch before becoming Managing director of Globix Europe, the 3rd largest data centre business at the time. He was on the Advisory Board of Silicon Valley Bank for 4 years and is currently Chairman of Strand Hanson and Integrated Diagnostic Holdings plc and serves on the board of several public and private companies. He has recently become a member of the House of Lords Ad Hoc Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence. His specialist interests are education, cyber security, financial services and life sciences. Since 1998 he has served as Extra Lord in Waiting to HM The Queen.

Louis (B.Sc., Marketing) has a long-term and proven track record in national sales of e-learning products in the special needs and general education sectors, including to the top 100 school districts across the United States. Louis has over 20 years of client-facing sales experience and he is an accomplished Business Development Executive who has a track record of exceeding sales targets and excelling at relationship development. Since 2012, Louis played key roles in building and developing new businesses in the U.S. and Canadian technology sectors for Resolver, Inc. and Toon Boom Animation, Inc. While at Toon Boom Animation, Louis specialised in presenting to and working with senior level Education Administrators with budget control. Prior to that, Louis spent 13 years working for Fortune 50 giants Quaker Oats and Johnson and Johnson in various sales roles. While at Johnson and Johnson, Louis achieved the three most prestigious sales awards; Ring Club, Best of Best and The Grand Award. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Merrimack College in North Andover Massachusetts.
